The following policies apply only to items created and ordered through our Online Designer.  By making a purchase using the AEC Printing Online Designer, you are confirming that you have read and understood the following policies:

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept any returns nor do we provide refunds for items created using our online designer.  Please review your online proof (provided in the "Place Order" window) very carefully for any typos or other errors.

An important note about color: It is impossible to accurately display printed color on most monitors.  Printed colors may vary from the colors you see on your monitor.  If precise color accuracy is very important to your print order, please contact us for more information about the best way to produce your job.  Our printing processes do not allow for exact color matching.

Cancellation Policy: Orders placed using our online designer cannot be cancelled.  Please review your job carefully before placing your order.  Items ordered online go immediately into production after order approval.

Delivery and Shipping:  You will be able to choose a shipping option during checkout using our online designer.  All items are shipped via UPS.  You must provide a physical address to complete checkout; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Our design tool calculates actual shipping costs based on your address, and you will be shown these costs before any charges are made to your credit card.  Typical turn-around time for items ordered without a rush and with ground shipping is 10 to 14 business days.  If you need an item the same day or next day, please contact us.

Privacy: Your personal information is used only for printing and shipping purposes and will never be shared or sold for any other purpose.
